aww...this is really cute! love how it's shaped a globe around the bud! 
yep, the acer should do okay, mint should survive if it has a good root system., and strawberries should survive as long as the soil never got dried out. they may have to grow back from some leaf damage, but with ice being on the leaves etc, that prevents it from getting below freezing which actually protects it from the severe cold damage.
