You don't have a critique button but I'll offer my thoughts about it.

What I like about it: You put a bunch of ideas together to create an entirely new thing. The overall feel gives off this mystical tone, which I like.

What I dislike about it: So, I'm assuming that the female figure "you" is supposed to be the main subject of this piece. However, you have it totally at the bottom with a shade of light the same as everything else around it. Because of that, the spotlight is taken by... I'm going to assume that's a cave (since a dragon is nearby)... and it isn't very well depicted as your smoke effect covers the entire structure.

Advice: As an artist, I have to ask myself. "What am I trying to get people to see?" An easy way is to place whatever "it" is in the center; another thing to consider is the concept of an anomaly. Where you have something away and off by itself in such a way that it becomes what your eye is drawn to, and it would have helped you here. (Doesn't work when everything is monotone) This can be achieved simply by moving the figure higher up in the terrain and lightening up the body. Give the image some "umph!" I see you have photoshop cs3. So use (image<adjustments<levels) to do that. Consider making that rocky structure more visually solid with very little clouds/smoke around it like in my example here -> [link] You can see that it's very light around the torso almost like a little haze. Simple touch, very effective. Same thing with the dragon, he's already covered in smoke; are you trying to suffocate him? Your wings, unless you want them to be your "anomaly" (look that up) look a bit tacked on. Consider using the levels trick i mentioned earlier to make them appear to be in the same lighting situation as everything else.

I hope that if you look more into photomanipulation, you'll consider that after you've put all of these ideas (stock and the like) together that they must now work in harmony and that the job is not done just because they're on the same canvas. After all a "manipulation" is the changing of perceived ideas into new ones for one's personal gain. You just have to complete them in such a way that it seems natural and un-tampered with.

Comment: Cute idea, needs work.
